Custom domain publishing

Blogger no longer supports ftp blog publishing so I've created a custom domain on my website to host my blog.

http://www.davidfenwick.co.uk/blog/ has been transferred to http://blog.davidfenwick.co.uk/

All posts have been automatically updated to redirect.
