I'll clean up all the shots with NeatImage nonetheless (I've created a custom noise profile for my 5D Mark II). I won't know how the images look when they're printed for a few weeks yet.

I occasionally use a monopod but shooting at 1/50s at 70mm with the Canon EF 70-200 f/2.8 L IS lens presents no issue with regards to camera shake. I've shot at 1/20s at 200mm with this lens and the image has been pin sharp. Thumbs up for image stabilisation!

Yours,

DavidDavidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01637794816032625118noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2312640351553996069.post-5329717435564546722008-12-25T23:20:00.000+00:002008-12-25T23:20:00.000+00:00Interested to know how the 5DMKII handles such hig...Interested to know how the 5DMKII handles such high ISO speeds with reference to grain in the final printed images? Is it noticable much or are you restricted to the final size of prints? Also with such slow shutter speeds do you always shoot with a tripod/monopod?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
